Queen Elizabeth opens Owen Falls
It was announced in Parliament recently that the Owen Falls Dam bridge, built by the British colonial administration and inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth II in 1954, is on the verge of collapse. Queen Elizabeth opened Owen Falls on her second ever visit to Uganda.
