Queen Elizabeth
opens Owen Falls |
It was announced in Parliament recently
that the Owen Falls Dam bridge, built by the British
colonial administration and inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth
II in 1954, is on the verge of collapse. Queen Elizabeth
opened Owen Falls on her second ever visit to Uganda. |

icon in Uganda died on May 14, aged 28
Sadolin Power’s Wilbrod Okecho will always be
in the folklore of Ugandan basketball greats and remembered
for his nice and warm demeanour towards all that he
met. |
